  1. Open the eHelpDesk web page and login using your domain account username and password.
  2. Select your location (site)
  3. Select Group
  4. Select Category
  5. Select Category Options
  6. Select Account Type
  7. Complete ALL remaining fields
  8. Enter the Subject (i.e. Alta - Zangle Account)
  9. Under Note, please include enough information to help us troubleshoot
  10. Add attachments, if any
  11. Submit
