- Open the eHelpDesk web page and login using your domain account username and password.
- Select your location (site)
- Select Group
- Select Category
- Select Category Options
- Select Account Type
- Complete ALL remaining fields
- Enter the Subject (i.e. Alta - Zangle Account)
- Under Note, please include enough information to help us troubleshoot
- Add attachments, if any
- Submit
